The set point and run mode go on the rate confirmation. When the product calls for it, we ask the driver to record pulp temps at pickup, and we match carriers who follow FSMA sanitary transport rules for food-grade trailers.
DC appointments and lumper fees
Grocery DCs run strict receiving appointments and often charge to unload. We book to the receiver's rules and tell you up front how lumper fees are handled, so they don't show up as a surprise on the invoice.
